Volunteer (6 hours) Pre-Sale Day:

Saturday, February 17th           begins at 8am

    (If ONLY working 3-hour sorting,       begins at 9am)

Volunteer (6 hours) 1/2 Price Pre-Sale Day:

Saturday, February 24th                     8am

*1 hour before opening to consignors and 2 hours

  before opening to the public.

Imagine short lines, great prices, and all the best items waiting for you! Volunteers shop first at Kisses and Stitches! Your time, skills, and resources are invaluable contributions to the overall success of Kisses and Stitches.

 

Quite simply, we cannot effectively handle all the finer details that make our sale great without you – our GREAT volunteers! As our way of saying thank you, we open this early shopping time to you!

If you have small children at home…

If you want to find a way to volunteer for us, then we’ll find a way to work with you! There are countless opportunities to serve before, during, and even after the sale! 

 

Or, like most of us, get a babysitter or swap with a friend (maybe another Kisses and Stitches Volunteer), and enjoy a few hours doing something a little different! 

​

Please note, due to the tasks that you may be doing and the amount of shoppers at any given time, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children during your volunteer shift.

We Welcome Hard Working Men

You can even send your man to work your volunteer hours for you or with you, so you can earn hours for both your and his time! We need hard working men to help out, especially at setup and breakdown!

We Welcome Grandparents Too

We welcome grandparents to work in your place and even have tasks suited for those with physical limitations.

and the public by shopping early and getting first pick of all the

wonderful items!

You get to shop the 1/2 price pre-sale 2 hours before opening to the public.

How do I Volunteer?

EMAIL us if you want to volunteer for the sale. Tell us your availability to work just before, during, or after the sale. Please see the dates/times above. We will add you to the schedule!

​

Volunteering a total of 6 hours gets you all the benefits of shopping early for the pre-sale AND the 1/2 price pre-sale! Volunteering for sorting only (approx. 3 hours) will get you into the pre-sale at 7:00pm instead of 5:30.

​

Please be on time and ready to work when your shift begins. 

​

What to expect?

Please check in at the cashier area a few minutes before your volunteer time so you can get an overview of what to expect. 

​

Please let us know of any limitations you might have at this time.

​

Bring a meal, snack, or drink as needed. 

​

We have restrooms available.

​

Dress comfortably and be ready to work.

​

At the end of your volunteer time, please check out at the cashier area to receive credit for having completed your shift.
